A portable prezi is a downloaded version of a prezi, which you can view offline without either a Prezi account or via Prezi for Windows and Mac. You can send it to anyone whether they have a Prezi account or not and they will be able to view your zooming, panning work of art. You can also use it to present in a setting where you don't have access to the internet. A portable prezi contains a non-editable version of your prezi, as well as software for Windows and Mac that will play your prezi from anywhere. To learn more, click here.
If you have a free Public account, your prezis will always be available for others to view online. You can also choose to make a prezi available for others to reuse. This means that anyone can use the content in your prezi for themselves.
If you have an Enjoy, Edu Enjoy, Pro, or Edu Pro account, you can choose to make your content public, reusable, hidden, or private. To change the privacy settings of your prezi, access it from your prezis library (on the ‘Your prezis’ page), scroll down to below the prezi, click the 'Share' button beneath the prezi or the privacy button in the bottom right corner. Then move the privacy slider to select your desired option.
When presenting your prezi, you can set it to play automatically with Prezi’s Autoplay feature. You control the speed your prezi plays at by setting the time interval between path steps. The Autoplay feature will automatically put your prezi on a loop so your audience can enjoy it all over again. To start Autoplaying your prezi in Present mode or as a portable/embedded prezi, click on the clock icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen and select your desired time interval.
